GST provides a number of advice targeted to the needs of the customer as well as servicing and maintenance of plant and machinery.
Particular attention is paid to follow the path of customers with a focus on the reduction of production costs, linked to:
- Reduction in costs of raw materials
- Energy saving
In the field of blow molding of PET containers, where currently the costs of raw materials and energy have reached very high levels, we also help customers in finding the best solution analyzing the possibility of reducing containers weight , evaluating with the client the most convenient solution. (changing molde or redesigning the product).
We follow our clients from the conception stage of the project, to the design and development of all the related components, going through installation and test of new blowing processes when necessary. The experience gained in this field over the years, also allows us to offer customers an education program studied for companies personnel about: the realization of the processes, quality controls on the finished container, quality control on the raw material.
For energy savings, GST is struggling with several projects to implement the changes for older machines with retrieve the blowing air.
GTS can also innovate the heating part of the plant adding newly developed controllers and lamps with low power consumption. In the packaging industry, GST offers advice on reducing shrink film, as well as studies to reduce energy consumption.
